Dear colleague you know a congenital heart disease with aortic stenosis and vit D toxicosis. Is it possible that vit D overdoses accelerate atherosclerosis or coronary calcification? It is reported that farmers working under sun have very high levels of vitamin D without adverse effects that is seen with vitamin D supplements overdosis. Isnt it better to have more sun exposure for infants instead of rising vit D dosage as a trial? thanks
