FDA Adds Heart Attack Warning to Rosiglitazone
The boxed warning on rosiglitazone is being updated to include information about a potentially increased risk for heart attacks, the FDA has announced.
The most recent warning on the drug had emphasized the risk for heart failure associated with the entire class of thiazolidinediones.
